National Care Service (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill from— Maree Todd, Minister for Social Care, Mental Wellbeing and Sport, Donna Bell, Director of Social Care and National Care Service Development, John Paul Liddle, Deputy Director for National Care Service Development and Delivery, and Lucy McMichael, Senior Lawyer, Scottish Government. 3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— Official Controls (Import of High Risk Food and Feed of Non-Animal Origin) Amendment (Scotland) (No. 2) Regulations 2024 Food Safety (Sampling and Qualifications) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2024 Feed Additives (Authorisations) and Uses of Feed Intended for Particular Nutritional Purposes (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2024 4. National Care Service (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2.
