Draft Climate Change Plan: The Committee will take evidence from— Emma Pinchbeck, Chief Executive and Dr Emily Nurse, Head of Net Zero, Climate Change Committee. 7. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— Scottish Road Works Register (Prescribed Fees) Regulations 2026 8.
