Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— Red Rocks and Longay Urgent Marine Conservation (No. 2) Order 2021 (Urgent Continuation) Order 2022 (SSI 2022/39). 2. UK subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider a proposal by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating using the powers under the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 in relation to the following UK statutory instrument— Organics (Derogations) (Amendment) Regulations 2022. 3. Good Food Nation (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider a draft Stage 1 report.
