1. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Sea Fish (Prohibition on Fishing) (Firth of Clyde) (No. 2) Order 2022 (SSI 2022/35) from— Mairi Gougeon, Cabinet Secretary for Rural Affairs and Islands; Allan Gibb, Deputy Director for Sea Fisheries, Marine Scotland; Adam Johnston, Lawyer; Lucy McMichael, Senior Lawyer; Dr Coby Needle, Chief Fisheries Advisor for Scotland, Marine Scotland Science, Scottish Government. . 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— Sea Fish (Prohibition on Fishing) (Firth of Clyde) (No. 2) Order 2022 (SSI 2022/35). 3. UK subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider a proposal by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating using the powers under the Ivory Act 2018 in relation to the following UK statutory instrument— Ivory Prohibitions (Civil Sanctions) Regulations 2022. 4. Good Food Nation (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will consider a draft Stage 1 report.
