Les Robertson, Head of Revenue & Commercial Services, Fife Council. Duncan Black, Depute Chief Officer, Finance & Resources, Chief Financial Officer, Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership. 3. Local Housing Allowance: The Committee will consider the evidence heard under item 2. 4. Correspondence: (In Private) The Committee will consider a draft letter to the Scottish Government regarding the scope of the Fiscal Framework Review. 5. Work programme: The Committee will review its work programme.
