Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 3 in private and whether to consider a draft report on legislative consent rule changes, its review of oral questions and a proposed review of Cross-Party Group rules in private at future meetings. 2. Scottish Elections (Representation and Reform) Bill: The Committee will consider a draft Stage 1 report. 3. Committee Effectiveness: The Committee will consider its approach to a proposed inquiry on committee effectiveness.
