1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 4 and 6 in private. 2. Scottish Parliament (Recall and Removal of Members) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from— Jamie Hepburn, Minister for Parliamentary Business, Ailsa Kemp, Parliament and Legislation Unit Team Leader, Jordan McGrory, Solicitor, Legal Directorate, and Leila Brosnan, Shadow Bill Team Leader, Scottish Government. 3. Dual Mandates: The Committee will take evidence from— Jamie Hepburn, Minister for Parliamentary Business, Ailsa Kemp, Parliament and Legislation Unit Team Leader, Iain Hockenhull, Elections Bill Team Leader, and Jordan McGrory, Solicitor, Legal Directorate, Scottish Government. 4. Evidence Session: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda items 2 and 3. 5. Subordinate legislation: Scottish Parliament (Constituencies and Regions) Order 2025: Not to be taken before 1pm. The Committee will take evidence on the Scottish Parliament (Constituencies and Regions) Order 2025— Ailsa Henderson, Chair, and Kirsty Mavor, Secretary, Boundaries Scotland. 6. Evidence Session: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 5.
