Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure: The Committee will consider the following— Agriculture and Rural Communities (Scotland) Act 2024 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2025 (SSI 2025/167) 5. Restraint and Seclusion in Schools (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 6. Wellbeing and Sustainable Development (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. 7. Education (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the delegated powers provisions in this Bill after Stage 2. 8. Product Regulation and Metrology Bill (UK Parliament legislation): The Committee will consider the supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum and powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence in the Bill. 9. Leases (Automatic Continuation etc.) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider a draft Stage 1 report for the Bill.
